We are looking for a Marketing Data Engineer to build and scale data systems that power marketing analytics, automation, and AI-driven insights. This role will focus on integrating data from multiple marketing platforms, developing automated pipelines, and building intelligent solutions to improve performance, marketing analytics, reporting efficiency, and customer insights. This role is focused on marketing data and martech systems, not generic data engineering. The ideal candidate combines data engineering, marketing data analytics, and automation skills to enable smarter, data-driven marketing decisions. This operation is based in the US, so the potential employee will be required to work in the Eastern Time Zone (EST) i.e. from 9am to 6pm EST - Monday to Friday. Excellent verbal and written English skills are 100% mandatory requirement for this position.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Data Integration & Pipelines:
- Build and maintain data pipelines integrating data from multiple platforms.(GA4, Ads platforms, CRM)
- Automate data ingestion, transformation, and storage processes.
- Design and manage marketing data storage systems (data warehouse / database).
- Design and maintain data models and schemas for marketing analytics and reporting.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability across platforms.
- Optimize data models for reporting and analytics.
- Campaign performance forecasting
- Customer segmentation
- Trend and anomaly detection
- Build prototypes and scalable AI solutions for marketing use cases.
- Experience working with AI/LLM APIs is a plus.
- Campaign monitoring
- Alerts and insights
- Integrate marketing platforms using APIs.
- Enable and support dashboards in Power BI, Looker Studio
- Provide clean, structured datasets for analytics and business users.
- Marketing team (paid search, SEO, CRM)
- Business stakeholders to translate marketing needs into scalable data and AI solutions.
- 2-3 years experience in data engineering, analytics, or AI-related role.
- Solid programming skills in Python
- Strong SQL skills
- Experience in working with APIs and data integrations
- Experience in building data pipelines or automation workflows
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with marketing data (Google Ads, GA4, CRM, etc.)
- Understanding of machine learning concepts
- Experience with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure)
- Experience with data warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake, etc.)
- Experience with automation tools (Zapier, Make)
