Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Product Development & Fashion Design professional who can bridge the gap between creative design and production execution. This role combines design sensibility, sourcing expertise, and proactive client engagement with a strong focus on building relevant, sellable collections for global clients.

Key Responsibilities

1. Trend Research, Design & Concept Development

- Translate seasonal concepts, mood boards, and design directions into commercial product ideas
- Develop apparel graphics, silhouettes, and collections aligned with brand/client DNA
- Continuously bring fresh, relevant concepts for internal development and client sharing

2. Product Development & Sourcing

- Create tech packs and production-ready files as per client specifications
- Source fabrics, trims, and materials aligned with design and cost targets
- Balance design, costing, and feasibility during development

3. Showroom, Cataloguing & Collection Management





- Manage the showroom and sample library keeping a structured catalog of all developed styles
- Keep collections updated, organized, and client-ready at all times

4. Proactive Client Engagement

- Reach out to clients regularly with new ideas, collections, and concepts
- Build curated presentations based on client preferences and past work
- Act as a bridge between client requirements and internal teams
- Identify opportunities to upsell categories and expand business

Key Skills Required

- Solid understanding of garment construction & product lifecycle
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop (CAD knowledge is a plus)
- Experience in tech pack creation and factory communication
- Good sense of trend, color, fabric, and styling and an eye for commercial design (what sells, not just what looks good)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Ability to manage timelines and multiple projects
- Proactive mindset — someone who takes initiative without waiting for briefs
