Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Factory Supervisor to oversee daily production operations in our food manufacturing facility. The candidate will be responsible for managing manpower, ensuring production targets are achieved, maintaining quality standards, and enforcing safety and hygiene practices during assigned shifts.

Key ResponsibilitiesProduction Management

- Supervise day-to-day factory operations and production activities.
- Ensure production targets are achieved as per the production plan.
- Monitor machine utilization, production efficiency, and product quality.
- Coordinate with production, maintenance, quality, and dispatch teams.

Workforce Supervision

- Manage machine operators, helpers, and packing staff during shifts.
- Allocate duties and monitor employee performance.
- Maintain discipline and ensure adherence to company policies.
- Conduct shift handovers and report operational updates.

Quality & Food Safety

- Ensure compliance with FSSAI, GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards.
- Monitor product quality and prevent process deviations.




- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene are maintained throughout the facility.
- Report quality issues and coordinate corrective actions.

Safety & Compliance

- Ensure compliance with factory safety regulations and SOPs.
- Monitor proper use of PPE and safe work practices.
- Report accidents, incidents, and unsafe conditions immediately.
- Maintain records related to production, attendance, and shift activities.

Reporting & Documentation

- Prepare daily production and manpower reports.
- Monitor raw material consumption and wastage.
- Maintain shift records and production logs.
- Report equipment breakdowns and coordinate maintenance activities.

Required Qualifications

- Graduate / Diploma in any discipline (Technical background preferred).
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in food manufacturing, FMCG, or industrial production.
- Knowledge of production processes, manpower handling, and quality systems.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, reporting, documentation).
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
