We are looking for a Pantry Chef DCDP for our restaurant. You will be responsible for preparing cold dishes, salads, appetizers, and supporting the kitchen in maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and present cold dishes, salads, and appetizers to standard
- Assist the Chef de Partie in daily kitchen operations
- Ensure food quality, consistency, and portion control
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pantry section
- Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations
- Assist with stock rotation and inventory control
- Support team members during busy service periods

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a similar role or as a Commis Chef
- Basic knowledge of food safety and kitchen operations




- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
