Roles and Responsibilities:

· Site Supervision & Execution – Manage daily site activities, ensuring construction work follows approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards, with special focus on hospital-specific requirements and finishing works. Maintain smooth workflow and resolve issues promptly.

· Coordination & Communication – Liaise with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, subcontractors, and the project management team to ensure proper alignment on design changes, material requirements, and execution schedules.

· Project Monitoring & Reporting – Track project timelines, identify and address delays, and prepare daily/weekly/monthly progress reports for management and stakeholders.

· Resource & Safety Management – Plan manpower, materials, and equipment effectively while ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols, infection control measures,



and compliance with statutory regulations applicable to hospital projects.

· Verification & Compliance – Cross-check contractors’ work measurements and bills before payment, and ensure all construction activities meet legal, municipal, environmental, and healthcare facility-specific codes.

· Quality Supervision on Client Site – Conduct regular inspections to ensure all work meets quality benchmarks and client expectations, addressing any deviations immediately.

Requirements:

· Education: BE/B.Tech.

· Experience: 5+ years in site execution, in1cluding at least 3 years in finishing works.

· Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.

· Proficiency in reading drawings, BOQs, and project specifications.

· Leadership skills to manage multi-disciplinary site teams.

· Excellent problem-solving, communication, and negotiation abilities.

· Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
