Role Overview:nAt PwC, your focus will be on integrating environmental, social, economic, and governance considerations into business strategies and operations in the sustainability sector. You will provide guidance and support to organizations by managing sustainability risks, identifying opportunities, and driving positive social and environmental impact. In the climate and energy department, your role will involve providing consulting services related to climate change mitigation, adaptation, energy efficiency, and renewable energy solutions. You will analyze client needs, develop strategies to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, and offer guidance to help clients transition to a low-carbon economy.nnResponsibilities:n- Lead or contribute to digital and analytics engagements across plant operations, supply chain, and asset management.n- Identify operational pain points and translate them into analytics-based solutions and AI/ML use cases.n- Conduct diagnostics, site studies, and data-driven assessments to uncover improvement opportunities.n- Support or lead delivery of solutions that enhance reliability, throughput, and cost efficiency.n- Prepare structured, insight-driven client deliverables and present recommendations.n- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior resources.nnQualifications Required:n- Hands-on experience in heavy industrial operations (metals u0026 mining, power generation, cement, chemicals), across plant operations, maintenance, supply chain, or asset performance.n- Strong analytics exposureusing dashboards, historian data, OT/IT systems, or data-driven problem-solving on real plant issues.n- Ability to independently run operational workstreams and collaborate with plant managers, functional leads,
