Role Description This is a full-time, on-site CAD Designer role based in Coimbatore. The CAD Designer will create and update detailed technical and construction drawings for real-estate projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant standards and guidelines. Responsibilities include translating conceptual designs and sketches into accurate CAD models, coordinating with design and engineering teams,



and revising drawings based on feedback from internal stakeholders and external partners. The role involves preparing layout plans, sections, and elevations; maintaining organized drawing archives; and supporting documentation for liaison and regulatory approvals. The CAD Designer will also collaborate closely with project managers and site teams to resolve design-related queries and support efficient project execution.
Qualifications

- Strong skills in Technical Drawing and Drawing, with the ability to interpret and produce clear, detailed plans.
- Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools and workflows for creating accurate 2D/3D models and layouts.
- Experience preparing and managing Construction Drawings, including layouts, sections, elevations, and details.
- Background in Design Engineering or related disciplines, with an understanding of building and structural concepts.
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Drafting, or a related field.
- Attention to detail, strong spatial visualization skills, and the ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with project managers, engineers, and external partners.
- Familiarity with local building regulations, real-estate processes, and liaison documentation is an advantage.
