Shift: Should be comfortable with Night Shift & 24x7 Rotational Support. Work from Office only

Key Responsibilities:
• Be focused on processing, verifying, and managing claims for reimbursements.
• Ensuring accurate payments by preparing files and ensuring timely payments.
• Maintain track of Payments made and “Fallouts”.
• Handling “Fallouts” diligently and taking them to logical closures.
• Handle various aspects of the claim lifecycle, from initial review to final payment including regular follow ups with multiple stakeholders – Customer, Client, F&A;, vendor portal.
• Adhering to company policies and regulations.
• Responding to employee queries with TAT.
• Review claims processed by the team for correctness and completeness.
