We are looking for a candidate to join our Sales and Marketing team at Medanta Noida who will be responsible for establishing Medanta as the preferred healthcare destination among physicians, public sector units, and hospitals. This role will be responsible for planning and executing outreach initiatives to enhance the hospital's visibility, strengthen community relationships, and drive patient footfall through awareness programs, camps, and strategic partnerships.Job Objective:To establish Medanta Noida as the first choice in healthcare among the community outreach.Job Responsibility:Plan and organize community based activities, camps & OPD’sCoordinate with marketing, PR and communication teams to ensure brand consistency.Analysis and review all community outreach programs.Build relationship with customers, potential customers,



physicians and other officials.Liaise with sale team and stay updated on recent services and programs.Training and capacity building of community outreach teamNew Associations / Tie-Ups to Promote MedantaEngagement with referral doctors.Conduct RWA Connect Activities.Key Qualification, Skills and Attributes5+ years of experience in healthcare marketingMBA with specialization in marketing would be an advantageStrategic thinking and planningData-driven decision makingStrong networking and relationship-building skillsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsInterested candidates are requested to share their cv @ [email protected]
