Job Title: Chat Executive (E-commerce Process)

Location: Gurgaon
Experience: 6 Months – 1 Year

Job Description:

We are hiring a Chat Executive for our e-commerce operations who will handle customer queries via chat platforms and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer queries through chat (website, WhatsApp, or app)
- Assist with order confirmation, tracking, cancellations, and returns
- Provide accurate product and service information
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally
- Maintain proper chat records and update CRM systems
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations/logistics) when required
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and quick response time

Requirements:

- 6 months to 1 year of experience in chat support / customer support
- Good typing speed and written communication skills
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce processes
- Familiarity with CRM tools and chat platforms
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple chats simultaneously
