Job Title :Banca Channel Manager HDFC Life Insurance - Vadodara
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven sales qualified to join our team at HDFC Life. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of sales experience, a proven track record of achieving sales targets, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support branch staff in identifying, recruiting, appointing, and activating life insurance agents, while ensuring recruitment is aligned with business goals (not directly treated as a sales target).
- Conduct regular training, mentoring, and coaching sessions to improve agents product knowledge, selling skills, and overall productivity.
- Drive life insurance business through the banks agent network by enabling and motivating agents to achieve sales objectives.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with agents as well as bank branch staff to ensure long-term engagement and retention.
- Continuously monitor agent performance, provide constructive feedback, and implement action plans to help them meet and exceed sales targets.
Education:
1. Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university.
