Role & responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end execution of corporate interior fit-out projects
- Prepare detailed project schedules, execution plans, and manpower planning
- Ensure delivery within committed timelines and approved budgets
- Drive site progress reviews and milestone tracking Technical & Quality Management
- Execute projects as per architectural, MEP & structural drawings
- Ensure quality standards and finishing benchmarks are maintained
- Conduct regular site inspections and snag closure
- Ensure safety and statutory compliance at site Commercial & Cost Control
- Review BOQs, budgeting, and cost estimations
- Track project costs and manage variations Validate contractor bills and ensure financial discipline
- Control wastage and optimize resource utilization Vendor & Stakeholder Management
- Manage contractors, subcontractors & vendors
- Coordinate with design, procurement & internal stakeholders
- Lead project review meetings and progress reporting
