Role & responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries, complaints & requests via email
• Work on escalation email handling in Banking domain
• Ensure resolution within defined TAT
• Provide excellent customer service support

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduation Mandatory
• Minimum 1 Year Experience in Customer Service
• Experience in Escalation Email Handling is mandatory
• Banking process experience preferred
• Positive written communication skills required
