Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage a portfolio of merchants to drive revenue growth through cross-selling and upselling payment solutions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at merchant locations to understand their needs and preferences.
- Identify new business opportunities by analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues related to POS machines, payment gateways, QR codes, etc.
Job Requirements :
- 1-3 years of experience in merchant acquiring or merchant banking industry.
- Robust understanding of payment solutions such as credit card processing, mobile payments (e.g., Apple Pay), etc.
- Excellent communication skills for building strong relationships with merchants and internal stakeholders.
