Job Responsibilities

- Coordinate orientation programs for new staff members.

- Incorporate current educational evidence into practice as a staff development expert.

- Facilitate adult learning by fostering a supportive and engaging learning environment across the health system.

- Communicate effectively across multiple disciplines to support collaboration.

- Promote a protected and healthy work environment and serve as a role model for excellence and safety.

- Maintain required educational and clinical competencies.

- Identify and pursue opportunities to develop staff in diverse roles.

- Integrate ethical principles into all aspects of practice.

- Maintain current BLS and ACLS certification.
