Responsibilities

✔ Manage software licenses, entitlements, and vendor agreements ✔ Analyze software usage data and provide optimization recommendations ✔ Support software audits and ensure license compliance ✔ Handle software requests, renewals, and procurement activities ✔ Prepare management reports, dashboards, and licensing insights ✔ Collaborate with IT, Procurement, Vendors, and Business Stakeholders ✔ Maintain software asset records and support ITAM processes

Required Skills

✔ Experience in Software Asset Management (SAM) / IT Asset Management (ITAM) ✔ Knowledge of software licensing (Microsoft, Oracle, IBM, SAP, Adobe, etc.) ✔ Experience with tools such as Flexera or ServiceNow (preferred) ✔ Strong analytical, reporting, and Excel skills ✔ Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills ✔ Ability to work with multiple teams in a quick-paced environment
