About the Role
As a Face-to-Face Fundraiser, you will engage directly with the public and inspire individuals to support our mission by becoming long-term monthly donors. This role is crucial in building sustainable funding and expanding our impact. The Officer : Individual Giving & Field Fundraising will support the implementation of individual regular donor acquisition activities through mall campaigns, retail partnerships, public fundraising events, community engagement activities, and other field-based fundraising initiatives.
The role is primarily responsible for on-ground execution, donor engagement, coordination with venue partners and volunteers, maintenance of donor records, and timely reporting. The officer will represent Good Neighbors India at fundraising locations and ensure that all activities are conducted professionally, ethically, and in compliance with organizational policies.
The position requires regular field travel and active participation in fundraising campaigns across assigned locations.
Key Responsibilities
Fundraising Campaign Execution
Execute individual fundraising campaigns at malls, retail locations, events, exhibitions, and public spaces.
Set up and manage fundraising kiosks, donor registration desks, and promotional materials.
Ensure fundraising activities are conducted as per approved plans and organizational guidelines.
Support smooth day-to-day operations during fundraising events and campaigns.
Donor Engagement




Interact with potential donors and provide information about Valuable Neighbors India's programs and impact.
Encourage donor participation and support donor registration processes.
Ensure accurate collection of donor information and supporting documentation.
Maintain a professional and positive donor experience at all times.
Field Coordination
Coordinate with venue management, volunteers, vendors, and other stakeholders during fundraising activities.
Ensure campaign materials, equipment, and branding assets are available and properly utilized.
Support logistics arrangements for events and donor engagement activities.
Report operational challenges and seek timely support from supervisors when required.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain accurate records of donor interactions, registrations, and campaign activities.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports.
Update donor databases and fundraising trackers as required.
Submit supporting documents and records in a timely manner.
Compliance & Accountability
Follow all organizational policies, fundraising guidelines, and donor protection standards.
Ensure transparency and accuracy in handling donor information and campaign records.
Support reconciliation and documentation processes as required.
Maintain confidentiality of donor and organizational information.
Team Support
Work closely with fundraising team members, volunteers, and supervisors to achieve campaign objectives.
Participate in training, review meetings, and capacity-building activities.
Provide field feedback and recommendations to improve fundraising activities.
Work Location & Nature
o Field-based role across Delhi NCR
o Work locations include malls, markets, corporate parks, community and residential area




o Competitive base salary along with performance-based incentives upon achieving targets
Education & Experience
o Preferred backgrounds: Sales, Field Marketing, Business Development, Promotions, Fundraising Graduate in any discipline. Preference may be given to candidates with qualifications in Social Work, Management, Marketing, Commerce, or Development Studies.
o 1–3 years of experience in fundraising, sales promotion, customer engagement, event coordination, community mobilization, or field operations
o Fresh candidates with strong communication and interpersonal skills may also be considered.
Language Requirements
o Fluency in English and Hindi is required
o Any local language proficiency is an advantage
