About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Travel Consultant to join our remote team. In this role, you will assist clients with complete travel planning, including flights, itineraries, travel documentation, and personalized trip guidance. You will support customers in choosing the best travel options while ensuring a smooth and efficient booking experience.

We only prefer candidates who are located in Keralam.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist clients in planning domestic and international trips.
- Provide guidance on travel routes, flight options, costs, and available packages.
- Handle flight bookings, travel documentation, and itinerary preparation.
- Market and promote company travel packages to potential customers.
- Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings and follow up with clients when required.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction by delivering timely and reliable travel support.





Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in domestic & international travel consulting.
- Strong knowledge of Flight Ticketing & IATA.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Sales or upselling experience is an added advantage.
- We only prefer candidates located in Keralam.
