Job Descritpion of Azure Data Factory Developer

8 to 10 Years Relevant Experience

About the Role

We’re looking for a skilled Azure Data Engineer with strong expertise in Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure Databricks (ADB), and the broader Azure ecosystem. This role is hands-on, with a focus on building scalable, high-performance data pipelines and solutions while guiding teams through the full development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, build, and manage ADF pipelines, including Polybase integrations.
- Work extensively with Azure Storage services (Blob Storage, Data Lake, Data Factory V2, Databricks).
- Develop scalable, testable, and maintainable code for data solutions.
- Work with streaming analytics and advanced Azure data services such as Data Flows.
- Deliver high-volume, low-latency distributed data solutions.
- Collaborate with Agile teams across the full software development lifecycle (analysis, design, implementation, testing, support).




- Mentor junior developers and manage small technical teams when required.
- Engage directly with clients, bringing assertiveness and proactive collaboration to the table.

Must-Have Skills

- 5+ years of experience with ADF, ADB, Azure SQL, SSIS, and SDFS.
- Solid expertise in ADF pipeline development and Polybase.
- Deep knowledge of Azure data storage and compute services.
- Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale data solutions.
- Strong understanding of software development best practices.
- Agile methodology experience with end-to-end SDLC involvement.
- Strong communication and client-facing skills.

Good-to-Have Skills

- Experience with Data Warehouse applications.
- Exposure to TTH domain projects.
- Knowledge of Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
