Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Officer role based in Bihar Sharif.

The Relationship

Officer will manage and grow a portfolio of customers, understand their financial needs, and recommend suitable products and services. Daily responsibilities include meeting existing and prospective clients, explaining financial solutions, and supporting customers through the onboarding and documentation process. The role involves achieving assigned sales and business targets while maintaining strong,



long-term relationships and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

The Relationship

Officer will collaborate with internal teams, track market trends, and provide regular reports on client interactions and business performance.

Qualifications

- Strong Business Relationship Management skills, with the ability to build, maintain, and deepen client relationships.
- Foundational knowledge of Finance and financial products, with the ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and effective listening.
- Proven Customer Service skills, with a focus on responsiveness, problem-solving, and client satisfaction.
- Demonstrated Sales skills, including prospecting, negotiation, and achieving or exceeding targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Bihar Sharif, manage time effectively, and handle multiple client requirements.
- Comfort with basic digital tools and CRM systems; experience in financial services or banking is an advantage.
