Position: Sales Engineer/Deputy Sales Manager Base: Behala, Kolkata, What we are looking for: · 3-5 years of experience in B2B Direct Industrial Sales-specially in packaging or automation. · Experience in selling of coding and marking products will be an added advantage. · Fluent in the Bengali, Hindi and English. · CRM: Experience in handling CRM will be an added advantage. · Knowledge of FMCG, Pharmaceutical, and Manufacturing industries, with expertise in Strategic Sales, Negotiation and Order Closure skill, timely collection of payment.
Key Responsibilities: · Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets. · Business Development, coverage and expansion of market. · Client Management and Customer satisfaction. · Analyse customer needs and recommend solutions from product portfolio.
· Report on market opportunities, ongoing projects, and competitor activities. · Ideal candidates should possess market and geography knowledge, demonstrate a solution-oriented approach should be mobile with 2 wheelers, ready to extensive travelling across length and breadth of Eastern Region and North eastern States. · Eagar to acquire technical knowledge and recent technologies.
Preferred Education: · Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electronics) or Science Graduate. MBA will be an added advantage.
