Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized skilled to handle administrative operations, billing processes, expense entries, vendor coordination, and logistics support. The candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day office operations, timely documentation, and coordination with vendors and transport partners.
Key Responsibilities
Handle daily office administration activities.
Maintain records, files, and documentation.
Coordinate with internal departments for operational requirements.
Manage office supplies and vendor communications.
Billing & Expense Entry
Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, and payment records.
Enter daily expenses and maintain expense trackers.
Verify bills, receipts, and supporting documents.
Coordinate with the accounts team for payment processing and reconciliation.
Vendor Coordination
Communicate with vendors regarding orders, deliveries, and payments.
Maintain vendor databases and records.
Follow up on quotations, purchase orders, and pending deliveries.
Track shipments and ensure timely delivery.
Required Skills
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of billing and accounting entries.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
Ability to multitask and maintain accurate records.
Preferred Qualifications
Graduate in Commerce / Administration preferred.
0–1 years of experience in admin, logistics, billing, or operations roles.
Working Days & Timing
Monday to Saturday, 9.30 AM to 6 PM
Job Location - Charni Road, walkable from station
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
