About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive business growth, generate leads, and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate should have experience in sales, client acquisition, and business development, preferably within the Dot Com industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into long-term clients.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and business agreements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.




- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Lead generation and client acquisition experience.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, CRM tools, and online communication platforms.
- Strong presentation and relationship management skills.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition.
- Experience in the Dot Com industry will be preferred.
- Must own a laptop.
