Job Summary

The Area Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, market expansion, distributor management, and team leadership within the assigned territory. This role demands a seasoned professional capable of independently managing the area and contributing to long-term growth.

Key Roles Responsibilities

- Achieve assigned sales, volume, and value targets
- Develop and manage distributors, dealers, and retailers
- Ensure strong primary, secondary, and tertiary sales
- Prepare monthly, quarterly,



and annual sales plans
- Lead and motivate field sales teams
- Conduct joint field work, promotions, and meetings
- Improve brand visibility and market penetration
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends
- Manage stock planning, inventory, and collections
- Coordinate with Head Office for schemes and launches
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
- Handle distributor and customer grievances
- Ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs

Candidate Profile
- 810 years of Sales Marketing experience
- Solid background in area/territory management
- Preferred experience in Agri-inputs, Organic products, Fertilizers, Seeds, or Pesticides
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
- Self-driven with ownership mindset
- Willing to travel extensively
