DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST (D2C GROWTH & PERFORMANCE MARKETING)

Aksa Ayurveda is a growing Ayurvedic wellness brand focused on delivering high-quality
products directly to consumers. We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing
Specialist who can take ownership of our D2C growth, manage performance marketing
campaigns, and contribute to the long-term success of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta
(Facebook & Instagram).
• Generate quality leads and drive online sales while maintaining profitable acquisition costs.
• Develop and implement D2C product marketing strategies to increase brand awareness
and revenue.
• Manage and optimize Shopify and WordPress websites, including landing pages, product
pages, and promotional campaigns.
• Track and analyze key performance metrics such as ROAS, CAC, CPL, conversion rates,
and revenue growth.




• Create and implement strategies to improve campaign performance and maximize return
on ad spend.
• Manage audience targeting, retargeting, conversion tracking, and marketing automation.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights and
recommendations.
• Coordinate with designers, content creators, and developers to execute marketing
campaigns effectively.
Required Skills & Experience
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, preferably with D2C brands.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads Manager
- Shopify
- WordPress
- Google Analytics (GA4)
- Google Tag Manager
• Proven track record of achieving profitable ROAS and scaling performance marketing
campaigns.
• Solid understanding of customer acquisition, conversion funnels, retention strategies, and
e-commerce growth.
