Conduct exit interviews to analyze turnover trends and implement fixes.

Compliance &
Administration
Enforce labor laws,



working hour limits, and overtime regulations.
Manage payroll data, attendance tracking, shift rosters, and leave requests.
Maintain records of medical checks, visas, and work permits for international staff.

Job Requirements Education &
Experience
Degree held in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, or Business Administration.
Years active: 3 to 5 years of HR experience specifically within hotels or resorts.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
