ODC Trailer Operations Executive Traffic In-Charge Fleet Coordinator

Location faridabad

Key Responsibilities

Arrange and place trailers, hydraulic axles, low-bed trailers, and other heavy vehicles.

Coordinate ODC cargo movement across India.

Manage fleet operations and vehicle utilization.

Plan routes for oversized cargo and coordinate permitsclearances.

Negotiate freight rates with transporters and vendors.

Maintain a solid network of trailer owners and transport vendors.

Track vehicles and provide shipment status updates.

Coordinate with drivers, clients, and operations teams.

Handle documentation such as LR, POD, permits, and invoices.

Resolve transit issues, breakdowns, and delivery delays.

Required Skills

Knowledge of ODC heavy cargo transportation.

Trailer placement and vehicle sourcing experience.

Freight negotiation skills.

Vendor management and transporter coordination.

Fleet management and route planning.

Positive communication in Hindi and English.

Eligibilty

Typically 3–10+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, fleet management, or ODC operations.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
