CSK Bio Consulting is recruiting an HVAC Technician for facility maintenance services at Gachibowli, Gowlidoddi, Hyderabad.

About the Role

You will be responsible for the day-to-day operation and maintenance of HVAC systems at the NIAB research facility, ensuring optimal climate control and uninterrupted HVAC operations across the premises.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Operate, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems and equipment
- Monitor and ensure smooth day-to-day operation of HVAC installations
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults in HVAC units
- Perform scheduled and preventive maintenance on AC, heating, and ventilation systems
- Respond to breakdown calls and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate logs, records of services performed, and parts used
- Coordinate with facility management teams for planned maintenance activities
- Ensure all work meets local codes, safety standards, and O&M; protocols

Required Qualifications & Skills





- ITI / Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Refrigeration &

Air Conditioning or equivalent
- 0 to 2 years of experience in HVAC operation and maintenance
- Freshers with relevant qualification are welcome to apply
- Knowledge of split AC, central AC, VRF/VRV systems, chillers, and ductwork
- Familiarity with electrical wiring, BMS, and control panels
- Experience in institutional, laboratory, or commercial facility preferred

Job Details

- Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹21,000 per month
- Job Type: Full time
- Location: NIAB, Gachibowli, Hyderabad, Telangana
- Shift: Rotational Shifts (Morning / Afternoon / Night)

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹210,000.00 per month
