We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Graphic & Motion Graphics Faculty who can train, mentor, and inspire young creative minds. The ideal candidate must have strong industry experience, deep technical expertise, and a genuine desire to guide students toward successful careers in the AVGC (Animation, VFX, Gaming & Comics) industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct classroom training in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, and related software.

- Deliver practical demonstrations, hands‑on sessions, and project‑based learning.

- Mentor students in developing professional, industry‑ready portfolios.

- Provide constructive feedback and track student progress.

- Create assignments, projects, and assessments aligned with industry standards.

- Stay updated with the latest design and motion trends, tools, and workflows.

- Support students in competitions, internships, and real‑time projects.

- Maintain discipline, engagement, and a positive learning environment.

- Collaborate with the academic team to enhance curriculum and teaching quality. Technical Expertise RequiredGraphic Design

- Expert knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator

- Strong understanding of:

- Design principles

- Typography

- Layout & composition

- Branding

- Color theory

- Visual hierarchy

- Motion Graphics

- Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects

- Strong understanding of:

- Animation principles

- Keyframing & timing

- Text & logo animation

- Motion storytelling





- Compositing basics

- Knowledge of Premiere Pro for video editing is preferred

- Bonus: Familiarity with Cinema 4D, Blender, or 3D motion workflows

- Experience

- 2–5 years of professional experience in Graphic Design / Motion Graphics.

- Teaching or training experience is an advantage but not mandatory.

- A solid portfolio showcasing design and motion work is required.
