Profile: Senior Sales Executive (B2B & B2C)

Location: Goa

Employment Type: Full-Time

VsnapU is India's leading Photography & Videography Company, proudly featured on Shark Tank India Season 2. We partner with premium hotels, resorts, and venues across India to provide world-class photography and videography experiences.

We are looking for a highly driven Senior Sales Executive who can manage both B2C sales and B2B business development while expanding our presence across Goa.

Key Responsibilities:

1) B2C Sales:

- Engage with guests at the resorts.
- Promote and sell photography and videography packages.
- Achieve monthly revenue and sales targets.
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences and maintain high conversion rates.
- Coordinate with operations teams to ensure seamless execution of booked shoots.

2) B2B Business Development:

- Identify and approach hotels, resorts, villas, clubs, restaurants, event venues, and tourism partners across Goa.
- Conduct regular property visits to establish and strengthen business relationships.
- Generate new business opportunities and partnerships for photography and videography services.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close partnership agreements.
- Build a strong network within the hospitality and tourism industry.

3) Revenue & Shoot Generation:

- Generate shoot opportunities from both existing and newly acquired properties.
- Work closely with property management teams to maximize bookings and revenue.




- Create strategies to increase guest participation and photography sales.
- Monitor property-wise performance and identify opportunities for growth.
- Ensure consistent revenue generation from assigned properties.

4) Team & Reporting:

- Maintain daily reports of property visits, meetings, sales activities, and revenue generated.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior sales executives when required.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client servicing and partner management.

Requirements:

- 2–5 years of experience in Sales.
- Solid communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in B2B client acquisition and B2C sales.
- Ability to independently manage property visits and business development activities.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and highly energetic personality.
- Comfortable traveling extensively across Goa.
- Valid driving license and personal vehicle will be an added advantage.

We are also accepting applications from Sales Executive, Business Development Executive, Business Development Associate, Sales & Marketing Executive, Sales Representative, Sales Consultant. Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
