Role Description This is a part-time, on-site Executive role based in Hubli-Dharwad. The Executive will support daily operational activities, including coordinating with internal teams and external partners, preparing reports, and tracking progress on ongoing projects in the digital banking and financial services domain.

Responsibilities include handling documentation, assisting with client communications, scheduling and organizing meetings, and maintaining accurate records in line with company processes.



The role also involves monitoring basic operational metrics, escalating issues to senior team members when needed, and supporting the implementation of new products or features. The Executive will collaborate closely with management to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and consistent service delivery.

Qualifications

Strong organizational and administrative skills, including documentation management, record-keeping, and meeting coordination.

Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, word processing) and comfort working with digital tools and dashboards.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Ability to understand and work within processes related to banking, digital lending, payments, insurance, or KYC (prior exposure in financial services is an advantage).

Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and a proactive approach to identifying and escalating operational issues.

Ability to work on-site in Hubli-Dharwad during agreed part time hours and manage time efficiently.

Preferred: Bachelor’s degree or ongoing studies in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related field.
