Brand Endorsement Sales Specialist (Celebrities & Talent)

Mumbai | Full-time

We are looking for a high-ownership, high-energy endorsement sales closer to drive celebrity and talent-led brand partnerships across categories.
This is a pure sales role — you will be responsible for pitching, negotiating and closing endorsement deals, brand ambassador associations, and large-scale integrated campaigns across digital + traditional media . The role carries direct revenue ownership and is ideal for someone who thrives on targets and closures.

What you’ll do:
Pitch and close celebrity/ artist endorsements (campaigns + long-term associations)
Build and leverage direct relationships with brand marketing heads, procurement teams & decision-makers
Own negotiations, commercials,



and closing end-to-end
Maintain an aggressive outbound/inbound pitching pipeline
Work closely with internal teams for talent alignment and smooth deal handovers (execution not owned by this role)
