Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai/Bangalore/Gurgaon/Hyderabad/Pune & Trivandrum for a Travel/Sr. Travel Consultant. The Consultant will be responsible for coordinating and managing travel arrangements (air, car, hotels = All on Amadeus), providing expert travel advice, creating detailed itineraries, and handling customer service inquiries. This role involves working closely with clients to ensure their travel needs are met efficiently and effectively while maintaining top-tier customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
Currently working on Amadeus (Commands: AN, SS, NM, AP, TK, RF, ER, ET, FXP, FXX, FXR, TTP, TRF, TWD, TJ, RT, HE and more
Concepts: RTW, OneWorld, Open jaw, Double Open Jaw, Reprising Itinerary, Ticket Exchanges, Refunds, Voids, Multi Sector Booking, Partial segment cancellation, manual fare building and creation.
Expertise in Travel Consulting, Travel Management,



and planning seamless Travel Arrangements for India based Corporates travelling to different parts of the world and in India.
Proficiency in Customer Service and resolving client inquiries with professionalism & strong communication
Experience in managing Reservations and optimizing booking processes
Solid organizational and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and a customer-focused approach
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced on-site environment
Ability to work in rotational 24x7 shifts (male candidates Only), for Female candidates day shifts opportunity
Immediate joining candidates will be preferred
