About the Role We are hiring a Videographer and Social Media Executive for one of our client offices in Baramati . We are looking for a creative and proactive individual with 2–5 years of experience in social media management. The ideal candidate should have experience in creating engaging social media content, managing posts, coordinating testimonial video shoots, and scripting videos.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, create, and manage social media content across multiple platforms.
Design basic social media creatives using Canva .
Coordinate and execute client testimonial video shoots , including scripting and on-site direction.
Capture behind-the-scenes content, reels, and short-form videos for social media.
Write engaging captions and content for social media posts.




Stay updated with the latest social media trends and suggest creative content ideas.
Coordinate with the creative and performance marketing teams to ensure consistent brand communication.
Visit client locations for content creation and video shoots whenever required.
Requirements 2–5 years of experience in Social Media Management or a similar role.
Proficiency in Marathi is mandatory (spoken and written).
Basic knowledge of Canva for designing social media creatives.
Experience in scripting and shooting testimonial and social media videos.
Valuable understanding of social media platforms.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Preferred Skills Creative mindset with an eye for aesthetics and storytelling.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Experience working in a digital marketing or performance marketing agency will be an added advantage.
