Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Speech Language Pathologist based in Vishakhapatnam. The Speech Language Pathologist will assess, diagnose, and treat children with speech, language, communication, and swallowing difficulties. Daily responsibilities include conducting standardized evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, providing one-on-one and small-group therapy, and documenting progress using clear, accurate clinical notes. The role involves close collaboration with families, caregivers, and other professionals to support carryover of therapy goals at home and in school settings.



The Speech Language Pathologist will also participate in case discussions, contribute to parent education sessions, and stay current with best practices in pediatric speech and language intervention.
Qualifications

Strong foundation in Speech Therapy, including assessment, treatment planning, and intervention for pediatric clients.
Clinical experience working with Speech and Language Disorders, including articulation, phonology, and expressive/receptive language challenges.
Knowledge of Communication Disorders, such as fluency, voice, social communication, and related developmental conditions.
Competence in managing Dysphagia and feeding/swallowing issues in children, with adherence to safety and clinical guidelines.
Recognized degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Audiology from an accredited institution, with relevant licensure or registration as required.
Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team and communicate effectively with children, families, and colleagues.
Robust documentation skills and familiarity with evidence-based therapy approaches and outcome measurement.
Previous experience in pediatric or school-based settings is preferred; willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development.
