Role Overview
We are looking for a highly driven Operations Lead who thrives in a fast paced startup environment and enjoys building systems from scratch.
You will work directly with the Founder & CEO to establish and scale the operational backbone of Serve U Better. From recruiting and training service professionals to optimizing field operations and building scalable processes, you'll play a critical role in shaping the company's growth.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving real-world operational challenges, leading teams, and creating scalable systems..

Key Responsibilities
1) Operations & Service Delivery
Build and scale end-to-end service delivery operations.
Develop SOPs, quality standards, and operational playbooks.
Monitor service quality and ensure exceptional customer experience.
Improve operational efficiency through continuous process optimization.
2) Workforce & Supply Management
Recruit, onboard, verify, and train service professionals.
Build a reliable and high quality workforce across multiple service categories.
Improve workforce productivity, utilization, and retention.
3) Field Operations
Manage daily operations, scheduling, dispatch,



and service fulfillment.
Resolve operational escalations quickly and effectively.
Ensure adherence to service quality and operational standards.
4) Process Improvement & Technology
Identify automation opportunities using technology and AI tools.
Track operational KPIs and prepare performance dashboards.
Continuously improve processes to support future scalability.
5) Expansion & Partnerships
Support expansion across Bengaluru by developing operational playbooks.
Build relationships with hospitals, residential communities, RWAs, and corporate partners.
Assist in launching new operational clusters and territories.
6) Team Leadership
Recruit, mentor, and lead field operations teams.
Build a culture of ownership, accountability, and customer-first thinking.

What are we Looking For
2+ years of hands on experience in Operations, Healthcare, Home Services, Hospitality, Hyperlocal Marketplaces, Last Mile Logistics, Consumer Services, Quick Commerce, or high growth startups.
Strong operational execution and problem solving skills.
Experience building or managing operational teams.
Comfortable working both on the field and with operational dashboards and data.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Startup mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
Fluent in English; Hindi and Kannada are an added advantage.

Fixed Salary: ₹6-8 LPA (based on experience and suitability).
