Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including recording sales and purchase transactions in Tally with accuracy and timeliness.
Maintain and reconcile B2B and marketplace sales records, ensuring completeness and accuracy of financial data.
Review, verify, and process invoices while coordinating with internal stakeholders for timely approvals.
Perform vendor reconciliations, resolve discrepancies, and support smooth accounts payable processes.
Ensure proper maintenance of accounting records, supporting documents, and compliance with internal controls.
Support GST compliance activities,



statutory filings, audits, and financial reporting requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to address accounting, taxation, and operational queries.
Contribute to month-end closing activities and assist in improving finance processes and reporting efficiency.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in core finance and accounting concepts, including Finance and Financial Statements.
Experience in Financial Reporting, including preparation of management reports, variance analysis, and support for audits.
Working knowledge of Goods and Services Tax (GST), including compliance, filings, and reconciliations.
Proven Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
Proficiency with Excel and Tally software; experience in retail or e-commerce finance is preferred.
Robust attention to detail, integrity in handling financial data, and the ability to work accurately under deadlines.
Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with internal and external stakeholders.
