We are looking for a visual storyteller who can capture the energy of our brewery, the artistry of our kitchen, and the essence of our brand, translating them into thumb-stopping digital content.

Role Summary
As our Photographer + Videographer , you will be the visual voice of the 2 Pints Brewing Brand. This isn't just about taking pictures of food and beer; it’s about creating a narrative that makes our audience crave the experience. You will conceptualize, shoot, and edit high-quality visual content, spanning food, beverage, product, and lifestyle photography/videography, to elevate our brand identity across all digital and social platforms.

Key Responsibilities
1. Creative Storytelling & Conceptualization
Brainstorm and develop unique, engaging storylines and visual concepts that align with the 2 Pints Brewery brand identity.
Translate marketing goals into compelling visual campaigns that make our products stand out in a crowded market.
Stay ahead of social media trends (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) and adapt them to the brand’s aesthetic.
2. Production (Photography & Videography)
Direct and execute high-end food and beverage shoots, ensuring optimal lighting, styling, and composition.
Conduct sleek product photography and videography for merchandise, packaged brews, and menu launches.
Capture the vibrant, behind-the-scenes energy of the brewery, events, and customer experiences.
3. Post-Production (Editing)
Deliver top-tier video editing,



including seamless transitions, color grading, sound design, and pacing.
Retouch and color-correct photographs to maintain a premium and consistent brand grid.
Format assets correctly for various platforms (e.g., website, Instagram, delivery apps, print).
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in photography and videography, specifically within the Food & Beverage (F&B;) , hospitality or commercial product space.
Technical Skillset: Mastery of DSLR/Mirrorless cameras, lighting setups, and audio equipment.
Software Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, Photoshop) or CapCut Pro/Final Cut Pro.
Industry Knowledge: A deep understanding of food and beverage styling—knowing how to make a burger look juicy and a pint look perfectly crisp on camera.
The Equipment Plus: Ownership of professional-grade camera gear, lenses, lighting, and audio equipment is highly preferred and considered a major plus.
