About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Artist Sales & Bookings Expert to drive artist growth through strategic partnerships, brand collaborations, commercial opportunities, and industry relationships. The ideal candidate will have a strong network across the entertainment, media, events, and brand ecosystem and a proven ability to identify opportunities that enhance artist visibility and generate business.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and nurture relationships with brands, agencies, event organizers, production houses, and entertainment stakeholders.
Identify and secure commercial opportunities, partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations for artists.
Lead negotiations for brand campaigns, endorsements, live performances, and partnership agreements.
Develop strategies to increase artist visibility, market presence, and revenue opportunities.
Work closely with artists to understand their goals and align partnership opportunities with their personal brand.




Collaborate with internal teams to execute campaigns, partnerships, and commercial engagements.
Represent artists during meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities.
Track entertainment and creator economy trends to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements
5–8 years of experience in Artist Management, Talent Management, Brand Partnerships, Business Development, Entertainment, Media, Influencer Marketing, or Events .
Robust network within brands, agencies, media houses, production companies, and the entertainment ecosystem.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience managing commercial partnerships and client relationships.
Strong understanding of artist branding and the entertainment industry.
Passion for music, entertainment, creators, and live experiences.
