Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced BIM Modeler to support the design and delivery of Building Management Systems (BMS) and Instrumentation & Control (I&C;) projects. The role focuses on developing high-quality 3D BIM models using Revit and contributing to multidisciplinary coordination across complex engineering projects

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain accurate 3D BIM models for BMS and I&C; systems using Revit.
- Prepare plans, sections, elevations, schedules, and shop drawings from BIM models.




- Perform clash detection and coordinate models using Navisworks Manage.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (architectural, structural, MEP, HVAC, fire protection, low-current, etc.)
- Ensure BIM models comply with project standards, client requirements, and LOD specifications.
- Maintain and update BIM templates, families, and documentation, ensuring quality through QA/QC processes.
- Deliver project models and drawings within defined timelines and project schedules

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or a related Engineering discipline.
- 5–6 years of experience in Revit BIM modeling for MEP Services, low current systems and Building Management Systems (BMS)
- Experienced in modelling of commercial, residential, mixed-use, airport, hospital, stadium, industrial, and Data Centre projects.
- Knowledge of Autodesk Civil 3D would be an advantage.
