About the Role

We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Motion Graphics Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience creating engaging motion graphics and video creatives for digital advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and YouTube .

This role is ideal for someone with a robust agency background who understands how to create conversion-focused creatives that drive campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities
Design and produce high-quality motion graphics and video creatives for paid digital campaigns.
Create engaging ad creatives for Meta, Google Display, YouTube, Reels, Stories, and Shorts .
Collaborate with Performance Marketing and Media Buying teams to develop campaign-specific creatives.
Develop multiple creative variations to support A/B testing and campaign optimization.
Edit videos, animate graphics, and deliver platform-specific assets within defined timelines.
Optimize creatives based on campaign objectives and performance insights while maintaining brand consistency.

Required Skills
Mandatory
2 + years of Motion Graphics experience.




Prior experience in a Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing / Advertising Agency .
Strong expertise in:
Adobe After Effects
Adobe Premiere Pro
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Illustrator
Experience creating creatives for Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.

Strong understanding of:
Motion Graphics
Video Editing
2D Animation
Kinetic Typography
Performance Marketing Creatives
A/B Testing
Conversion-focused Creative Development

Preferred
Experience working on D2C, E-commerce, Lead Generation, or App Promotion campaigns.
Familiarity with AI-assisted creative tools (Runway, Adobe Firefly, etc.).
Knowledge of platform-specific creative specifications and best practices.
