Key Responsibilities:
Current Customer Acquisition:
Engage with leads from various marketing channels, counsel them on suitable learning tracks, and achieve revenue targets.
Customer Relationship Management: Understand customer requirements and provide insights for product improvement.
Operations and Reporting: Manage pre- and post-sales support activities and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
0-3 years of experience in Education Sales.
Strong communication and counseling skills.
Proactive in identifying cross-selling/up-selling opportunities.
Experience with CRM tools, like LeadSquared and HubSpot, is preferred.
