We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Academic Counsellor to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities Counsel prospective students regarding our professional certification programs.
Understand candidates' career goals and recommend the most suitable course.
Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp, and lead follow-ups.
Convert inquiries into admissions through effective counselling.
Maintain strong relationships with prospective and enrolled students.
Coordinate with the academic and operations team for a smooth admission process.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions in the CRM.




Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
Required Skills Minimum 2 years of experience in Academic Counselling, Education Sales, or EdTech Sales.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
Ability to work in a target-driven workplace.
Good knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
Positive attitude with a customer-first approach.
Preferred Candidates Experience in selling IT, Data Science, Analytics, Digital Marketing, SAP, or professional certification courses.
Passion for helping students make informed career decisions.
Self-motivated, energetic, and eager to grow with the organization.
