The Opportunity

We are looking for a Video Editing Intern who takes pride in their craft, pays attention to detail, and can turn raw footage into content that genuinely moves people. You will work on real client projects from your first week. Robust performers will be offered a full-time position.

Responsibilities

- Edit short-form and long-form video content for Instagram, YouTube, and client campaigns
- Add motion graphics, subtitles, transitions, and sound design as required
- Adapt edits for multiple formats — Reels, YouTube, ads, and presentations
- Collaborate with the content and strategy team on creative briefs
- Travel occasionally to shoot locations across South India for on-ground productions

Requirements

Mandatory:

- Fluency in Tamil and English, spoken and written
- Personal laptop with a reliable internet connection and sufficient processing power for video editing
- Proficiency in at least one professional editing tool — Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent
- A portfolio or showreel demonstrating prior editing work — personal, academic, or freelance

Preferred:

- Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects or motion graphics tools
- Familiarity with color grading and audio mixing basics
- Understanding of aspect ratios, export formats, and platform-specific video requirements
- Knowledge of Hindi — an advantage for national brand mandates
