Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Caller role based in Noida 18. The Caller is responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls, providing accurate information about services, packages, and appointments, and ensuring prompt and courteous communication with guests. Daily tasks include scheduling and confirming bookings, managing basic inquiries, coordinating with front desk and spa staff, and updating booking records or customer details in designated systems. The role also involves following up with guests for feedback or promotions when required, maintaining call quality standards,



and supporting an efficient and welcoming experience for all callers.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess solid verbal communication and active listening skills, with a clear and professional telephone manner.
Candidates should possess basic computer and data entry skills, including comfort using booking systems or CRM tools.
Candidates should possess customer service and relationship-building skills to handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and support guest satisfaction.
Candidates should possess organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple calls, appointments, and follow-ups efficiently.
Prior experience in call handling, hospitality, spa, or salon environments is beneficial.
Ability to work on-site in New Delhi, including weekends or shifts as required by hotel spa operations.
Fluency in English and Hindi is preferred; additional local languages are a plus.
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in hospitality or customer service is an advantage.
