Are you an experienced Fund Accounting professional with strong Hedge Fund expertise and a passion for leading high-performing teams?

We're looking for seasoned professionals with over 10 years of experience in Fund Accounting and proven team management experience to join a leading global financial services organization in Mumbai.

Role: AVP- Hedge Fund Accounting

Location: Mumbai

Timings: 2pm to 11pm

Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Oversee end-to-end Hedge Fund Accounting and Fund Administration activities

✔️ Review and approve Net Asset Value (NAV) calculations and financial statements

✔️ Perform Fund Valuation, Investor Allocation, and P&L;/Performance Analysis

✔️ Review financial reports, regulatory deliverables, and year-end audit deliverables

✔️ Manage payment approvals and fund-related transactions

✔️ Lead client deliverables while ensuring adherence to SLAs, quality standards, and operational controls

✔️ Collaborate with global stakeholders including Middle Office, Pricing, Investor Relations, Operations,



and Relationship Management teams

✔️ Drive client onboarding, process improvements, operational excellence, and continuous improvement initiatives

✔️ Mentor, coach, and develop team members while managing performance and resource planning

Required Skills & Experience:

10+ years of experience in Fund Accounting

Mandatory experience working on Hedge Fund asset class

Robust expertise in NAV Calculation & Review, Fund Valuation, Investor Allocation, Financial Reporting, and Performance/P&L; Reporting

Experience in Audit Coordination, Regulatory Reporting, and Financial Statement Review

Proven experience leading and managing teams (Upto 2 Years)

Strong stakeholder management, client servicing, and communication skills

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement capabilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
