Role Description The Junior Graphic Designer will support the creative team by producing visual assets for digital and print media, including social media graphics, presentations, and marketing materials. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with concept development, creating layouts, refining designs based on feedback, and ensuring brand consistency across projects. The role involves close collaboration with designers, writers, and video producers to align visuals with client goals and project requirements. This is a full-time, in office role based in Delhi, India,



working within a team-oriented and creatively driven environment.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Graphic Design and Graphics, with the ability to create clear, engaging visual communication.
Experience with Logo Design and Branding to support brand identity development and implementation.
Good understanding of Typography and layout principles to produce readable, aesthetically balanced designs.
Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign or equivalent).
Portfolio demonstrating creative thinking, attention to detail, and an eye for composition and color.
Ability to take constructive feedback, work under guidance, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong collaboration and communication skills, with a willingness to learn and grow within a team-centric culture.
Relevant coursework or a degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
