Role Overview We are looking for an Operations Manager to lead and optimize end-to-end business operations across events, client delivery, internal teams, vendor management, and business processes.
You will work directly with the Founder's Office to ensure flawless execution, improve operational efficiency, and build scalable systems for rapid growth.
Key Responsibilities1. Event & Program Operations (30%) Lead end-to-end execution of roundtables, symposiums, and leadership forums
Develop detailed event execution plans and timelines
Coordinate venues, logistics, vendors, and hospitality
Ensure seamless in office event management
Conduct post-event reviews and improvement planning
2. Project & Team Management (20%) Manage cross-functional teams across sales, marketing, design, research, and operations
Track project milestones and deliverables
Conduct daily and weekly review meetings
Ensure timely completion of all operational tasks
Resolve execution bottlenecks
3. Client Success & Delivery (15%) Act as the primary operational contact for clients after deal closure
Ensure contractual deliverables are fulfilled
Coordinate sponsorship activations and event branding
Maintain high client satisfaction throughout engagement
4. Process Excellence & SOPs (15%) Develop and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Standardize workflows across departments
Implement automation to improve operational efficiency
Monitor compliance with operational standards
5. Vendor & Partner Management (10%) Manage hotels, production agencies,



designers, printers, photographers, and technology partners
Negotiate commercial terms and service agreements
Track vendor performance and quality standards
6. MIS & Business Reporting (10%) Prepare operational dashboards and weekly MIS reports
Track event readiness, budgets, timelines, and KPIs
Present operational insights and recommendations to leadership
