About the Role:
IndiaFilings is looking for a dynamic and analytical Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering Virtual CFO and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;) services to clients across various industries. This role involves preparing financial statements, analyzing business performance, and providing actionable financial insights that help clients make informed operational and strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Deliver FP&A; services, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling.
Provide Virtual CFO support to clients by interpreting financial data and recommending business improvements.
Develop MIS reports, dashboards, and KPI reports for management.
Analyze profitability, cash flow, working capital, and operational performance.
Present financial insights and recommendations to clients in a simple and actionable manner.
Assist clients with strategic financial planning and decision-making.
Work closely with clients to understand business challenges and identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue growth.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of financial reports and advisory services.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, statutory requirements, and internal quality standards.




Interact with high-value clients to address financial queries and provide advisory support whenever required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
2–6 years of post-qualification experience in FP&A;, Financial Reporting, Corporate Finance, Audit, or CFO Advisory.
Strong understanding of financial statements and business performance analysis.
Experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and MIS reporting.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of Power BI or similar BI tools is an added advantage.
Experience working with SMEs, startups, or consulting firms is preferred.
