##Interior Designer

As an Interior Designer, you will be responsible for creating cohesive, functional, and aesthetically compelling interior spaces that align with our architectural projects. You will oversee all aspects of interior specifications, from FF&E; to finish schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop interior concepts, mood boards, and detailed interior construction drawings.

* Source, specify, and procure furniture, fixtures, finishes, and equipment (FF&E;).

* Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure seamless installation and project execution.

Requirements:

* Degree/ Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.

*2+ years of qualified experience.

* Expertise in Autocad/ Sketchup.

* Strong eye for materials, color palettes, and interior detailing.

##Architect





We are seeking a detail-oriented Architect to manage projects from conceptual design through construction administration. You will work closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to deliver high-quality, sustainable architectural solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop architectural designs, floor plans, and construction documents using Revit/AutoCAD.

* Coordinate with consultants and ensure compliance with building codes and zoning regulations.

* Conduct site visits and manage construction administration tasks to ensure design intent is maintained.

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.

* Preferably atleast 2+ years of professional experience in an architectural firm.

* Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD

* Solid technical knowledge of building systems and construction methods.
